  • By-laws of the Organization
  • Board Meetings’ Minutes
  • Board Members’ Details, including names and addresses
  • All the Active Members’ Details, again their names and address
  • Assets’ Inventory- cash, property, furniture, equipment, pledges, and more.
  • Liabilities’ Inventorysuch as, mortgages, loans, accounts payable...
  • Rent/Lease Agreements and Contracts
  • Detailed Statements of Revenue and Expensesfor the period of past four years (or in case, your organization has been into existence for less than four years, then the details up to date.)
  • Inception as well as the backgroundof the organization in written.
  • The Vision / Organization’s Statement of Mission or of Faith or Beliefs for other Religious Organizations.
  • Everyday Activities, Running Operations and Organizations’ Programs Detailed Documentation . This is inclusive of your statement of purpose, activities and operations, food or free service programs, donators, flyers/brochures...
